• Within the Powertrain Systems Product Group, the Valeo Amiens site comprises a research center and an industrial site. The research center works, among other things, on the development of powertrain systems for the electrification of passenger cars and heavy vehicles.
• You will be integrated into the R&D department of the DTTS - Commercial Vehicles Platform.

Your challenges?

• You will support the design activities for the platform's new products: new 430 TH Gen2 shock absorber and new Fort Couple 430 TH Gen1 and 430 DBE kit.
• You will participate in the creation and modification of CAD plans for components and products.
• You will carry out studies with the creation of plans for support services (prototypes and tests).
• You will create and update Design Checklists.
• You will maintain and improve the Worldwide product catalog.
• You will support competitive analysis activities for the Design aspect.

Let's talk technical...

• You are enrolled in a Generalist Engineering curriculum or one with a mechanical focus.
• You are proficient in English.
• You are proficient in office IT tools.
• You are also proficient in CAD with CATIA V5 software.
• You have good interpersonal skills.
