Valeo is a global tech company focused on reinventing mobility with solutions for intuitive driving and CO2 reduction. This VIE program, for EEA citizens aged 18-28, offers an opportunity to join the Augmented Visibility team at Valeo Light in Bietigheim, Germany. The role involves coordinating and supporting workshops to improve productivity, implementing Valeo Production System training, developing digital systems, and participating in analyses to enhance efficiency and safety.

Must Have:

Coordinate and support workshops to improve productivity and increase efficiency.
Coordinate and support the implementation of measures from Valeo Production System workshops and technical changes (Industrial Engineering).
Implement Valeo Production System training (5S, TPM, Hoshin).
Support and further develop digital systems such as eWS/eBTT (electronic workstation), MES (manufacturing execution system) and the TPM database.
Develop and control maintenance plans.
Participate in the creation of value stream and flow analyses.
Support Industrial Engineering in the preparation of FMEAs and the execution of FDPR (full day production run).
Carry out "micro stop" analyses and derive measures.
Engineering degree.
Experience in process digitalisation, industrial engineering and FMEA.
Fluent level of English.

The site of Bietigheim based in Germany belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE System Production & Project for 12 months, within the team.

Your challenges?

You coordinate and support workshops to improve productivity and increase efficiency.
You coordinate and support the implementation of measures from Valeo Production Systemworkshops and technical changes (Industrial Engineering).
You implement Valeo Production System training (5S, TPM, Hoshin,…).

Let’s talk about you…

You are graduated from a Engineering degree
You already have experience in these fields, good knowledge and a good understanding of process digitalisation, of industrial engineering and FMEA
You have a fluent level of English
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
