Job Description

We are looking for an organized and responsible archivist with a good understanding of archival legislation and experience in managing both physical and electronic archives. If you have attention to detail, work well in a team, and like to work in a structured way, we want to meet you! Responsibilities include managing physical and electronic archives, developing archival nomenclatures, selecting, ordering, inventorying, and archiving documents, coordinating archiving projects, and supporting other departments.
Must have:
  • Manage physical and electronic archives: storage, conservation, security.
  • Develop and update archival nomenclatures, registers, and databases.
  • Select, order, inventory, and archive documents (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate or support teams involved in archiving projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal procedures.
  • Provide support to other departments (e.g., Accounting) for document access.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new projects and offer solutions for clients.
  • Archivist certificate/diploma (issued by accredited institutions) – mandatory.
  • Solid knowledge of archival legislation.
  • PC operating skills (MS Office, databases).
  • Intermediate English language level.
Good to have:
  • Completed higher education (preferably in related fields).
  • Experience in the field (including activity coordination – advantage).
  • Organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Seriousness, initiative, and desire for continuous improvement.
