Responsible for researching and verifying documents requested or sent to the company. Processing documentation, sanitizing, organizing in alphabetical or numerical order, registering incoming and outgoing boxes according to established company procedures. Providing customer service by phone in some departments.
1. Control the entry and exit of research requests received via customer emails, internal system, or customer system;
2. Register and search document data in a specific system or customer-provided spreadsheets, when incomplete, as guided by the manager;
3. Verify and research physical documents, images, or customer copies, according to received requests;
4. Forward documents requested by clients to the routing area, so that they are delivered to the requested location, as well as returning documents received with discrepancies identified in the system;
5. Search and locate document boxes, following instructions or address indications (corridors, shelves, levels, etc.) established by current procedures or instructions given by the superior. After research, return these volumes to their initial location;
6. Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form), according to IMB models and procedures, for individual and department production evaluation and control;
7. When there are no direct duties, assist other departments and perform related tasks as requested by the immediate manager.
8. Update spreadsheets with necessary controls, as determined by the client or manager, as well as entering data into the internal system or specific client system;

9. Attend to clients by phone for document requests and provide support for web queries when requested;
10. Receive and verify physical documents received via client mailbag and update the system with receipt confirmation.
Exclusive activity for the Archive Organization (O.A) sector:
11. Provide external service to clients or other company units, performing tasks of verification, preparation, and organization of documents for storage, whenever necessary.
