Paytm is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Gurgaon to drive growth in Oil and Gas offline transactions and users. The role involves setting and tracking sales targets, reviewing the sales team, and identifying methods to increase customer engagement. The manager will be responsible for an assigned territory within the Oil and Gas sector. Key responsibilities include managing distribution sales in EDC, fintech, banking, or insurance, and demonstrating good communication and leadership skills. The company aims to bring half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy, with this role contributing to that mission.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of distribution sales experience
  • Good networking capabilities
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring
  • Quick learner and adaptable
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Excel

Requirements:
1. 8+ yrs of experience of Distribution sales in EDC, fintech, Banking / Insurance Sales.
2. Set and track sales targets for the team.
3. Review of Sales Team.
4. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
5. Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas.
6. Good communication and leadership skills.
7. Knowledge of Excel (Optional).

Must Have: 
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application the new learnt ideas and concepts.
