Job Description

This role involves making phone calls to customers to sell and close GAP insurance policies. The advisor will be responsible for prospecting, providing information on program benefits, ensuring call quality, meeting sales targets, maintaining productivity, and validating information in the system. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, be over 25, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must have:
  • Phone sales and closing of GAP insurance.
  • Customer prospecting and providing program benefits.
  • Meeting sales objectives and productivity targets.
  • Performing system validations before calls.
  • 100% experience in credit card, car, and/or real estate sales.
  • Proficiency in basic-intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good spelling.
  • High school completed or a partially/fully completed degree.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Phone dialing to customers to perform the work and close sales of GAP insurance.
  • Prospecting through quotes, information on the benefits of the GAP insurance program.
  • Ensuring complete phone calls according to critical points of the speech.
  • GAP insurance sales according to objective.
  • Compliance with productivity and filling of database with contact result.
  • Performing corresponding validations in the system before dialing.

Profile:

  • 100% experience in credit card, car, and/or real estate sales.
  • Not students
  • Passion for sales
  • Over 25 years old
  • Job stability in previous employments.
  • Knowledge: Basic-intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook and good spelling.
  • Education: High school completed/unfinished or completed degree.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 2 pm to 8 pm
