Job Description
The Asset, Infrastructure & Reliability Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of workplace infrastructure and asset reliability programs across the corporate real estate portfolio. This role will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the asset management lifecycle, drive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, and ensure infrastructure resiliency to support high-performance work environments. The manager will also lead the implementation and governance of an enterprise-wide asset management strategy aligned with industry best practices, manage infrastructure lifecycle planning, partner with various teams to maintain accurate asset data, and develop infrastructure risk profiles.

We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. The Asset, Infrastructure & Reliability Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of workplace infrastructure and asset reliability programs across the corporate real estate portfolio. This role will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the asset management lifecycle, drive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, and ensure infrastructure resiliency to support high-performance work environments.
You will lead the implementation and governance of an enterprise-wide asset management strategy, aligned with industry best practices (e.g., ISO 55000). Manage infrastructure lifecycle planning, including capital replacement forecasting, reliability engineering, and preventive maintenance programs. Partner with Facilities, Engineering, Projects, and IT to maintain accurate asset data, track condition assessments, and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies. Develop and maintain infrastructure risk profiles and business continuity plans. Provide strategic oversight of CMMS/EAM tools, analyze performance metrics, manage vendor relationships, and lead a team of specialists in delivering best-in-class asset reliability outcomes. Develop and manage the annual budget for infrastructure and reliability programs.
