Job Description

Accor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with a focus on the travel sector. The role involves assisting in the planning and implementation of effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing tailored sales presentations and proposals, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent command of English

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager - Travel to join our team.

-Assist in planning and implementing effective sales approaches to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel sector.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

-Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

-  2 to 3  year of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 

-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Problem Solving abilities. 

- Excellent Command of English
