The Associate Brand Manager will join the Global Publishing team to support marketing initiatives and uphold brand consistency for PC and console titles launching in 2025 and 2026. Responsibilities include partnering with Brand Managers, writing creative briefs, synthesizing publishing insights, supporting campaign timelines, collaborating with Growth teams, managing stakeholder communications, maintaining asset repositories, and ensuring brand consistency. The role involves working with a dynamic team to deliver world-class player experiences.
Must have:
  • 2-5 years in marketing within gaming or related industries.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Background in live-service or competitive games.
Good to have:
  • Experience working across international campaigns.
  • Familiarity with shooter titles and industry trends.
  • Experience engaging large game communities.

We’re hiring an Associate Brand Manager for a leading video game company in a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, California. This is a 7–12 month contract opportunity.

In this role, you’ll join the Global Publishing team to support marketing initiatives and uphold brand consistency for PC and console titles launching in 2025 and 2026. You'll work with a dynamic and collaborative team committed to delivering world-class player experiences.

Associate Brand Manager Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Brand Manager and publishing peers across Creative, Production, and Community teams.

  • Write creative briefs for various campaign assets.

  • Synthesize publishing insights for briefs and campaign planning.

  • Support campaign timelines and asset delivery with Creative and Production teams.

  • Collaborate with Growth teams to develop user acquisition (UA) assets.

  • Manage stakeholder communications and campaign updates.

  • Maintain internal asset repositories and branding guidelines.

  • Ensure brand consistency across global and regional campaign assets.

Associate Brand Manager Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years in a marketing role within the gaming or adjacent industries.

  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent project management and organization skills.

  • Background in live-service or competitive games (shooter genre preferred).

  • Experience working across international or multi-market campaigns.

  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Creative, Production, Growth).

  • Familiarity with shooter titles and current industry trends.

  • Experience engaging large and passionate game communities.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
