The Associate Configuration Support Specialist (ACSs) configures Darwin functionalities, including simple benefits, communications, or site content, and conducts unit testing. This role requires understanding basic benefit concepts and their implementation on the Darwin platform, as well as developing an understanding of end-to-end benefit administration processes. Responsibilities include performing configuration on basic projects, conducting unit testing, applying QA framework, delivering tasks on time, supporting other projects, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Perform configuration on projects with basic complexity supported by seniors
  • Conduct unit testing on all assigned tasks, before releasing them to other stakeholders
  • Apply the Quality Assurance framework consistently throughout the configuration process
  • Deliver assigned tasks according to project requirements and deadlines
  • Provide support on other projects when needed
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders: provide status on your work, proactively flagging delays
  • Start gaining an understanding of the delivery methodology and demonstrate you follow it
  • Analytical skills, attention to details and being technically savvy
  • Good written and verbal communication English skills
  • Pro-activity when communicating with stakeholders and Leads
  • Display ownership and accountability over configured projects
  • Team player mind-set
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and well organized, with a positive, can-do attitude
Good to have:
  • Previous work experience in a team (multinational environment)
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools

The Associate Configuration Support Specialist (ACSs) is responsible for configuring Darwin functionalities, including simple benefits, communications or site content, as well as conducting unit testing on assigned tasks. You are expected to understand basic concepts related to benefits and their implementation on the Darwin platform, as well as to start developing an understanding of the end-to-end benefit administration processes in Darwin.

THE ROLE AND YOUR MISSION

We will count on you to:

  • Be able to perform configuration on projects with basic complexity supported by seniors
  • Conduct unit testing on all assigned tasks, before releasing them to other stakeholders (internal/external)
  • Apply the Quality Assurance framework consistently throughout the configuration process
  • Deliver assigned tasks according to project requirements and deadlines
  • Provide support on other projects when needed
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders: provide status on your work, proactively flaging delays caused by internal or external factors
  • Start gaining an understanding of the delivery methodology and demonstrate you follow it, by adopting the best practices according to your role.
