Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This hybrid role, based in Mexico City, requires working at least three days a week in the office. The Operations and Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in fleet and heavy equipment insurance, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Must Have:
  • Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including report preparation.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of relevant insurance aspects and legislation.
  • Possess knowledge of flexible insurance products (dental, vision, funeral, etc.).
  • Provide advice and support to employees regarding policy usage.
  • Clarify claims (reimbursements, scheduling, direct payment) and manage policy movements (registrations, cancellations, corrections, renewals).
  • Analyze and review policies.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative, actuarial, or related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including data cross-referencing and pivot tables.
  • Intermediate Power Point skills.
  • Experience with insurance platforms.

We will count on you to:

  • Maintain a basic understanding of relevant core insurance aspects and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
  • Have knowledge of flexible insurance (dental, vision, funeral, etc.).

  • Have experience in clarifying claims (reimbursements, scheduling, direct payment) and movements (registrations, cancellations, corrections, cancellations, renewals).
  • Analyze and review policies.

What you need to have:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative, actuarial, and/or related areas.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions.
