Job Description
Zeta is a Next-Gen Banking Tech company that empowers banks and fintechs to launch banking products. The company is looking for candidates with relevant experience in operations management, dispute resolution, settlement and reconciliation, life cycle management, and onboarding for its Business Operations - Credit Card unit. The role involves managing credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank, including tracking and resolving onboarding and delivery issues, handling disputes and fraud cases, settlement and reconciliation of credit card transactions, and managing account maintenance, repayments, credit balance refunds, and card closures. The ideal candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, prioritizing customer needs.

About the role
- Zeta is in agreement with HDFC bank to launch a credit card on Zeta Platform.
- Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank.
- We are looking for candidates having relevant experience and ready to work in a challenging and ever evolving environment.
- Candidates who have relevant experience in operations management, dispute resolution, settlement and reconciliation, Life cycle management and Onboarding would be preferred.
- The requirement is for the Business Operations - Credit Card unit.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Tracking and resolving onboarding issues, delivery and despatch related issues
- Handing dispute and fraud cases on regular basis
- Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions
- Life cycle management - Account maintenance, Repayments, Credit balance refund, card closure, etc
Skills
- Candidate having good communication skills
- Candidate having good interpersonal skills
- Keeps customer needs at the forefront of priorities and takes action.
Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate with 1 to 5 yrs strong experience in Operations / Servicing.
