The Associate Data Advisor will be responsible for supporting the commercial teams, responding to incoming data requests, and analyzing data usage to ensure efficient use across partners. The Associate Data Advisor will become a subject matter expert on Eyeota and Dun & Bradstreet data products as well as partner solutions.
Your primary responsibility is to operate the Data Desk along with a team of regional Data Advisors by providing segment recommendations and data strategies that best serve the client’s audience or campaign needs.
You will have the chance to work cross functionally with internal teams such as agency sales, data operations, global platforms team to identify and facilitate sales opportunities, and develop relationships with external stakeholders such as media agencies, supply and platform partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Become an audience data expert and build audience data proposals for strategic accounts.
- Understand and be able to discuss all Eyeota data sets and how they should be best used to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Respond to incoming data requests from programmatic buyers, providing timely and well thought out responses that help drive increased data usage, while also providing best in class client service.
- Provide support across strategic accounts, analyzing usage data and generating ideas, which help increase data adoption.
- Work closely with the strategy teams to help identify best practice and opportunities to increase data usage across industry verticals.
- Collaborate with our data partners to create custom solutions and push them into platforms.
- Help our clients find and activate segments in platforms, as well as troubleshooting for campaigns.
- Manage the RFP pipeline in Salesforce, and report on regional sales activities.
- Work with the Supply and Product teams to identify new opportunities, based on market demand.
- Continuous collaboration with internal teams to build best practices and workflows and develop project ideas.
Additional Skills and/or Certifications:
- Recently graduated or minimum of 2 years of experience working in the digital media industry, either at a Publisher, Ad Network/DSP, Data Company, or Digital Agency.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and SQL preferred but not required.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize between a multitude of incoming requests and projects daily.
- Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
