Key responsibilities
HR Systems Administration.
HR Case and Query Management.
Workday Systems Support, Interface Management and Systems Upgrades.
UAT on Sandbox and Production environment.
Mass Upload Data validations.
Organisation Chart updates.
Running Weekly Data cleansing reports
Maintaining Workday user guides and SOPs.
Managing and updating Workday Supervisory organisations
Processing lifecycle changes; including changes to roles, compensation, notice periods, probationary period reviews and bounty payments..
Running Workday reports for regular business reporting; including email lists for Comms (ad-hoc), weekly and monthly starter and leaver reports, monthly rapide report, monthly JML system reconciliation with Workday.
General data entry activity.
Additional activities as directed from time to time.
Other HR systems reconciliation and data audit reports from Workday.
Prior work experience as a HR Administrator and knowledge of processes for all elements of the employment lifecycle.
Knowledge in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, and Project).
Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Prior experience in Workday is highly desirable. It is mandatory to have experience in HR systems/platforms.
Strong skills in running HR reports from HR platforms.
Evidence of self-motivation and a proactive approach.
Great attention to detail and well organised.
Ability to multi task and rise to the challenge of large volumes of work during peak periods of HR activity and the ability to deal with conflicting priorities.
Ability to react with flexibility to ad-hoc requests.
