This role at PwC involves consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Consultants analyze client needs, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. The goal is to optimize human resources processes, enhance talent management, and help clients achieve strategic objectives through efficient utilization of Oracle HCM applications.
Must have:
  • Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and others.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
  • Create and modify HCM extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts, and other data integration processes.
  • Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
  • Mandatory skill sets include Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, Oracle guided learning, and Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • 4-7 years of experience required.
  • Education Qualification: BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CAs.
Good to have:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of the HCM system.

You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.
