Job Description

As an Associate Principal Consultant - Product Owner, you will be responsible for engaging with the business team and stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate, and prioritize requirements. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one domain and act as a liaison between Business, CX/UX, and Engineering teams to facilitate product development. You will have a deep understanding of data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts. You will participate in Program Increment Planning, write/enhance/research Epics & Features, and be responsible as the business lead and central subject matter expert.

Must have:

9+ years of IT experience
Advanced level of English communication skills
Business needs understanding
Requirements analysis and documentation
Prioritization of requirements
Subject Matter Expertise in at least one domain
Liaison between Business, CX/UX, and Engineering teams
Understanding of data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts
Program Increment Planning participation
Epic & Feature writing and research

Job Description
