Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves recording income/expense items, preparing capital call/distribution calculations, completing audit requests, and managing bank reconciliations. Key responsibilities also include preparing quarterly work paper packages, assisting with product enhancement projects, and issuing capital and financial statements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, along with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Must have:
  • Record income/(expense) items and adhere to the terms (allocations) outlined within the partnership agreements
  • Prepare capital call / distribution calculations & notices
  • Complete audit confirmation requests
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations accurately/timely
  • Prepare quarterly work paper packages (BS/SO/TB/etc.)
  • Assist on various product enhancement projects as requested
  • Prepare carried interest calculations as defined in partnership agreements
  • Prepare and issue quarterly capital statements and financial statements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Problem-solver with strong communication skills
