Associate Producer

High Voltage Software Studios is seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Producer to join our innovative team. We strive for excellence in game development and are looking for an individual who can track progress, assist in resolving issues, prioritize tasks, and deliver a high-quality gaming experience to our customers.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with project leadership to strategize and execute against milestones and key deliverables.

• Participate in and document development and planning discussions.

• Drive efficiencies and implement innovative thinking with the aim of reducing waste and increasing efficiency.

• Maintain and enhance team documentation and processes.

• Carry out data entry and maintenance tasks.

• Engage with external clients under project leadership oversight.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in videogame development.

• Experience in live game support is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience executing and managing operational processes.

• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Office, and Google suites.

• Must be detail-oriented, flexible and possess consistent follow-through abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.

• Experience in problem-solving, tracking priorities, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment.

• A strong passion for videogames.
