Job Description

Our team sits at the heart of our in-house sportsbook business, driving the planning, cross-functional collaboration and execution of our most critical initiatives. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Associate Project Manager to keep our programs running smoothly and own specific, smaller segments of deliveries. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role with real exposure to how complex initiatives come together. You’ll be in a high-visibility role supporting our Program Managers, acting as the connective tissue between Product, Technology, Commercial, Compliance and Operations – helping us stay organized, focused, and on track to ship high-impact outcomes.
Must have:
  • Acting as the main point of contact to keep Program Managers and teams aligned, ensuring critical details aren’t missed
  • Create and maintain internal documentation (trackers, slide decks, summaries, status reports)
  • Improve team efficiency through process enhancements in planning, documentation, or communications
  • Support creation of presentation materials for senior leadership and Steering Committee
  • Ensure delivery hygiene by maintaining Jira boards, Confluence pages, and owning checklists
  • Coordinate meetings: scheduling, invites, agendas, notes, action items, and following up with action owners
  • Track and follow up on open actions across teams.
  • Assist with go-live coordination: track environment checklists, internal comms, and task completion
Good to have:
  • Previous experience in a project coordination, admin, or support role within a tech/product organization
  • Understanding of product lifecycle / go-live processes

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be in a high-visibility role supporting our Program Managers, acting as the connective tissue between Product, Technology, Commercial, Compliance and Operations – helping us stay organized, focused, and on track to ship high-impact outcomes. Whether it’s preparing Steering Committee materials, supporting Go-Live logistics, capturing meeting decisions, or keeping our Jira boards and Confluence pages in top shape, you’ll play a critical role in how the business delivers. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

The essentials skills you bring to the team:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Proficiency with G-suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar tools
  • Bias for action – a self-starter with a follow-through mindset
  • Familiarity with agile / waterfall delivery frameworks

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination, admin, or support role within a tech/product organization
  • Understanding of product lifecycle / go-live processes
