Job Description

Synechron seeks a highly skilled and proactive Associate Specialist with experience in Adobe Campaign and related digital marketing technologies. The role is central to designing, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaign tracking solutions, as well as building analytics dashboards to support marketing and finance teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within an agile environment to develop scalable data processing solutions, automate workflows, and ensure seamless deployment and support of marketing applications across testing, staging, and production environments. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing marketing insights, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with web service protocols such as REST and SOAP.
  • Experience with Google Analytics Search Ads 360 (SA360).
  • Machine learning or data mining techniques.
  • Object-oriented design and coding.
  • Working within cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Certifications in Adobe Marketing Cloud or related analytics/domains.
Must Have:
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements related to digital marketing and data tracking.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and related tools that meet project specifications and business needs.
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for marketing and finance teams, enabling data-driven insights.
  • Implement tracking solutions using cookies and tags, manage tag containers, variables, and content tagging to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Migrate existing workloads (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) to Google Cloud environments using Cloud SQL and DataProc.
  • Perform batch and interactive data analysis with BigQuery, ensuring high data quality and performance.
  • Contribute to software development within an Agile team, participating in code reviews, testing, and automation efforts.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications across various environments.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge to improve team performance and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Between 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in software development, with a primary focus on digital marketing technology solutions.
  • Proven experience working with Adobe Marketing Suite, Campaign tracking, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in developing tracking solutions using cookies, tags, and content management.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, including migrating workloads and performing advanced analytics on GCP.

Software Requirements

Technical expertise in BigQuery, Cloud SQL, DataProc, and PySpark is essential for data migration, analysis, and processing tasks. Strong scripting skills in UNIX shell, Perl, and Python are required for automation and data handling activities. Familiarity with web service protocols such as REST and SOAP, along with Java programming, is desirable but not mandatory.

Preferred skills include experience with Google Analytics Search Ads 360 (SA360), machine learning or data mining techniques, object-oriented design and coding, and working within cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Qualifications
