Job Description

As an Associate Technology Implementation Consultant, you will partner with internal teams and external clients to implement and support products. This involves configuring applications to client workflows, delivering product training, and ensuring seamless integration. The role contributes to customer safety, clinical surveillance, and pharmacy compliance, helping organizations operate effectively. You will build strong customer relationships, drive smooth implementations, and become a trusted subject matter expert.
Must have:
  • Configure and modify applications to integrate with client workflow using established guidelines
  • Coordinate activities and communication of technical requirements with internal and external teams
  • Perform routine configurations and application modifications to integrate with client workflow using established guidelines
  • Troubleshoot client issues related to network, security, performance, database or other issues
  • Enter time and thoroughly track implementation project status changes
  • Perform data mapping from the client's system(s)
  • Assist in the development of team processes and procedures to increase efficiency
  • Basic knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementation
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships

Job Details

NOTE: This is a hybrid position that requires eight days a month in office at Wolters Kluwer Madison, WI location

As an Associate Technology Implementation Consultant, you’ll partner with both internal teams and external clients to successfully implement and support our products. You’ll configure and tailor applications to fit client workflows, deliver engaging product training, and ensure a seamless integration experience.

In this role, you’ll contribute to critical areas such as customer safety, clinical surveillance, and pharmacy compliance—helping organizations operate more effectively and responsibly.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers, drive smooth implementations, and keep clients excited about the efficiencies our solutions bring. Take pride in becoming the trusted subject matter expert clients turn to with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Under limited supervision, configure and modify applications to integrate with client workflow using established guidelines

•Coordinate activities and communication of technical requirements with internal and external teams

•Perform routine configurations and application modifications to integrate with client workflow using established guidelines

•Troubleshoot client issues related to network, security, performance, database or other issues

•Enter time and thoroughly track implementation project status changes

•Perform data mapping from the client's system(s)

•Assist in the development of team processes and procedures to increase efficiency

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

•1+ years working in a client-facing or consulting role or other equivalent experience

•Basic knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementation

•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment

•Effective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships
