Job Description
This Associate UI role involves leading and mentoring a team of UI designers, establishing design standards, and fostering a creative environment. Responsibilities include managing multiple design projects, collaborating with product managers, UX researchers, and developers, and conducting design reviews to ensure user needs and business goals are met. Must Have:

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

- Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with front end developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
- Communicate design concepts, solutions, and rationales to stakeholders through presentations and documentation.
- Innovation & Trends:
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
- Incorporate best practices and modern design techniques to enhance user experiences.
