Our challenge Synechron is looking for an Atlassian Lead Developer to manage and optimize JIRA and Confluence environments, lead integrations, and collaborate with teams to deliver effective solutions. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Montreal is CAD $85k – CAD $95k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: * Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to understand processes and IT needs. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for applications and vendor integrations. * Assist in issue resolution by creating, assigning, and documenting tickets for issues. * Prepare application administration documents, end-user documentation, and training materials. * Set up, configure, and administer the JIRA/Confluence environment, including user management and security schemes. * Optimize JIRA/Confluence setups and workflows, and develop metrics dashboards for performance reporting. * Manage integrations between Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and non-Atlassian applications using REST APIs.
