Leapwork is seeking an Automation Architect for a US Shift role in Gurugram. This position involves acting as a key technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding successful implementation of Leapwork, including installation, training, flow reviews, and troubleshooting. The architect will drive product adoption, retention, and value realization by building trusted relationships and designing scalable automation solutions.
Must have:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Leapwork in enterprise environments.
  • Lead or support initial installation and environment setup (on-prem or cloud).
  • Troubleshoot automation or platform issues and coordinate with Support or Product.
  • Provide technical advisory services such as upgrade readiness and system configuration reviews.
  • Conduct technical onboarding and help customers prioritize their first automation goals.
  • Deliver product trainings (on-site or virtual) tailored to audience roles and use cases.
  • Collaborate with the CSM to support early adoption and ensure roadmap alignment.
  • Communicate technical topics in a digestible, structured, and audience-specific manner.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with both technical users and business stakeholders.
  • Keep customers informed proactively on progress, risks, and outcomes throughout engagements.
  • Partner with Customer Success to manage expectations and align on goals.
  • Assist with automation architecture, test strategy, and implementation planning.
  • Review automation flows and provide clear, actionable design feedback.
  • Conduct health checks and flow reviews to assess quality, maintainability, and risk.
  • Drive product adoption and contribute insights that improve our platform and knowledge base.
  • Deliver post-release walkthroughs to promote new features and capabilities.
  • Create or update knowledge base content, best practice guides, or templates.
  • Provide structured product feedback based on real-world customer experience.
  • 5–10 years of relevant automation experience.
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or RPA tools.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python).
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps practices and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Willingness to travel depending on customer needs.

As an Automation Architect, you are a key technical advisor to our enterprise customers. You work directly with clients to implement Leapwork successfullyguiding installation, delivering training, reviewing automation flows, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers grow their automation maturity over time.

You represent Leapwork’s technical excellence in our most important accounts and work alongside the Customer Success team to drive product adoption, retention, and value realization.

Role Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Leapwork in enterprise environments with confidence and autonomy.
  • Lead or support the initial installation and environment setup (on-prem or cloud).
  • Troubleshoot automation or platform issues and coordinate with Support or Product as needed.
  • Provide technical advisory services such as upgrade readiness and system configuration reviews.
  • Accelerate customer onboarding and early adoption through structured enablement and fast implementation.
  • Conduct technical onboarding and help customers prioritize their first automation goals.
  • Deliver product trainings (on-site or virtual) tailored to audience roles and use cases, potentially in collaboration with a Leapwork partner.
  • Collaborate with the CSM to support early adoption and ensure roadmap alignment.
  • Build trusted relationships and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Communicates technical topics in a digestible, structured, and audience-specific manner.
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships with both technical users and business stakeholders.
  • Keep customers informed proactively on progress, risks, and outcomes throughout engagements.
  • Partner with Customer Success to manage expectations and align on goals.
  • Help our customers design scalable automation solutions and guide customers to adopt best practices.
  • Assist with automation architecture, test strategy, and implementation planning.
  • Review automation flows and provide clear, actionable design feedback.
  • Conduct health checks and flow reviews to assess quality, maintainability, and risk.
  • Drive product adoption and contribute insights that improve our platform and knowledge base.

Key Competencies

  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks and test design principles.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT architectures, QA tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Leapwork or similar automation platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing work.
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Technical Qualifications/ Role Requirements (Must - Have Skills)

  • 5–10 years of relevant automation experience.
