Role Description
As a quality engineer specializing in battery chargers, you will deeply integrate into cross-functional development teams, contributing expertise throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on product quality and testing-related matters within cross-functional product development teams, based on the V-model.
- Evaluate and determine user requirements and key quality characteristics, proactively contributing to design and process FMEA.
- Derive precise test requirements from user needs, coordinate necessary tests, and accurately track, interpret, and archive all test results.
- Strategically plan and implement preventive quality activities.
- Support product release and quality issue resolution at Bosch factories and important suppliers.
- Provide strong support for quality matters in manufacturing and assembly processes within the value stream.
- Monitor the market quality performance of chargers, organize systematic failure analysis, initiate and coordinate improvement activities.
- Conduct market observation, fault analysis, and based on this, coordinate and follow up on the implementation of necessary improvement measures. Employ appropriate problem-solving methods, such as 8D, 5Why, and Ishikawa.
Qualifications
We are looking for a technically skilled and dedicated professional with a solid foundation in engineering and quality management.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality, or related major.
- Solid understanding of electronic product software and hardware, such as professional experience or knowledge in product R&D, manufacturing, quality management in the consumer goods field; rich experience in technical product or electronic module development and testing; experience in the battery system field is preferred (5 years or more of relevant work experience).
- Strong logical analysis ability, proactive, independent, and organized.
- Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new environments, familiar with new technologies and relevant processes.
- Collaborative team member: possesses traits of open communication and efficient coordination, including within domestic and international teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Good English communication skills.
