Job Description

As a Bellman, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage and car parking upon arrival and departure, adhering to hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction. You will also maintain the logbook, check equipment, and present a smart, well-groomed appearance with a friendly disposition. The role involves overseeing daily operations, reporting to managers, and being aware of fire and first aid procedures. You will handle guest complaints and report them to management, staying informed about daily hotel activities and product knowledge of all hotel facilities. Attending scheduled training classes and showing cooperation with team members and other departments are also key responsibilities.

Job Description

Must be thoroughly familiar with all Mövenpick corporate and local Operational Standards and ensure they are followed. Must assist all the guests with their luggage and car park upon arrival and departure according to our hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction under the control of the Bell Captain in the accomplishment of their objectives. Must assist in accomplishing obligations and goals as outlined below:

  • Review and update Logbook.
  • Check equipment.
  • Be Smart, and well-groomed and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the time.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations.
  • Report regularly on what is happening to managers of the department.
  • Aware of fire & first aid procedure
  • Handle guest complaints and report to the manager
  • Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.
  • To attend training classes as per schedule.
  • Shows fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

Qualifications

Driving license

  • Internal: Works in harmony with all hotel employees, applies rules and provides best service within the limit of the established job specification
  • External: All guests, suppliers/partners.
  • Materials: All machinery and equipment at Front Office
