How is the course conducted?

The program is structured to gradually immerse you in the work of a Scrum Master. You will start with basic knowledge and gradually move on to practice, performing tasks based on real BetterMe processes. Each stage of training will have a clear plan and mentor support, and the format will include participation in team meetings, analysis of project situations, and trying yourself in different roles to understand how the team works as a single mechanism.

Future tasks for the course:

• assisting the team in planning and organizing work;
• participation in daily meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions;
• supporting processes according to Scrum principles;
• collecting, analyzing, and systematizing information for the team.

Selection process:

• submission of application and resume;
• completion of a test assignment (analysis of case questions);
• final interview with representatives of the Scrum team;
• start of training.

What do you need to join us?

• readiness to learn new things and challenge yourself;
• interest in working with teams and a desire to develop in the role of Scrum Master;
• openness to change and readiness to dive into IT even without experience;
• it will be good if you have experience in organization, management or any IT relatedness.
