How is the course conducted?
The program is structured to gradually immerse you in the work of a Scrum Master. You will start with basic knowledge and gradually move on to practice, performing tasks based on real BetterMe processes. Each stage of training will have a clear plan and mentor support, and the format will include participation in team meetings, analysis of project situations, and trying yourself in different roles to understand how the team works as a single mechanism.
