As an HR Specialist, you will support and enhance HR processes, maintain HR system relevance, contribute to HR initiatives, and assist in hiring non-technical staff. The role requires 1+ year of HR experience, intermediate English, analytical thinking, strong communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
Must Have:
  • Support and improve HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure the relevance of HR systems
  • Participate in HR initiatives and help implement changes
  • Participate in the hiring process for non-technical specialists
  • 1+ year of experience in HR or a related field
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work and results-oriented
  • Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team
