Junior Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
- Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Previous experience in digital marketing or analytics projects
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager, or holds relevant digital advertising certification
- Assist marketing team with operational tasks
- Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere
- Reviewing advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines
- Configure, launch, conduct advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google/etc
- Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns
- Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, look for the causes of deviations and opportunities for growth
- Set technical task for creative and content teams
- Junior marketing specialist or recent graduate in Marketing / Business / Economics / Analytics
- Intermediate+ English level
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making
- Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas
