Relocation Specialist

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus, focusing on the 4X strategy genre with the goal to grow Total Battle. The team consists of 200+ professionals. We are looking for an experienced Relocation specialist to join our international team, who will help ensure a smooth and comfortable relocation of new employees and their families to Cyprus.

Must Have

• Coordinate the full relocation cycle for new employees and their families (visas, flights, housing, etc.)
• Communicate and support candidates and their families throughout all stages of the relocation process
• Collaborate with immigration agents for accurate and timely processing of work visas
• Maintain and develop internal relocation documentation and guidelines
• Work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Office Management teams
• 2+ years of experience in relocation, HR operations, visa support, or similar administrative roles
• Understanding of visa and immigration processes and relocation logistics
• Confident use of Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience with task management tools such as Master Task, Airtable
• Familiarity with knowledge management platforms like Notion or Confluence
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Empathetic and people-oriented mindset
• Great problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

• Experience with relocation to Cyprus or the EU

Job requirements

• 2+ years of experience in relocation, HR operations, visa support, or similar administrative roles.
• Understanding of visa and immigration processes, as well as relocation logistics (experience with relocation to Cyprus or the EU is a big plus).
• Confident use of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience working with task management tools such as Master Task, Airtable, etc.
