Scorewarrior, a top mobile games studio in Cyprus, is seeking a highly effective Contract Recruitment Sourcer to support talent acquisition across European and CIS markets. This remote contract role focuses on research and sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and deliver qualified candidate profiles for gaming and technical roles. The sourcer will develop sourcing plans, maintain candidate pipelines, monitor market availability, and collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria, with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and talent-market understanding.
Must Have
- Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS
- Develop and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and progress report for each role
- Create high-quality lists of profiles for assigned roles
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters
- Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions
- Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand role requirements
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and market insights
- One or more years’ experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets with a focus on technical or gaming roles
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, filters, advanced search)
- Consistent ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing output
- English level: B2 — sufficient for internal communication with recruiters
- Able to actively and effectively communicate ideas and progress
- Solid knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research tools

Scorewarrior is a top mobile games studio based in Cyprus. We hire A-players for small, highly productive teams, so our hiring requirements are very high. To increase the recruitment team’s delivery we are adding a sourcer to work with each recruiter on gaming and technical roles.
We are seeking a highly effective Contract Recruitment Sourcer to support our talent acquisition efforts across European and CIS markets. This role is focused on research and sourcing, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases, and sourcing automation platforms. You will identify and deliver qualified candidate profiles directly to the recruitment team.
This is a remote contract position with clear performance expectations and a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and talent-market understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS
- Develop and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and progress report for each role.
- Create high-quality lists of profiles for assigned roles.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters.
- Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions.
- Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand role requirements.

Requirements:
- One or more years’ experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets with a focus on technical or gaming roles.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, filters, advanced search).
- Consistent ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing output.
- English level: B2 — sufficient for internal communication with recruiters.
- Able to actively and effectively communicate ideas and progress.
- Solid knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research tools.
- Knowledge of additional CIS or European languages.
Contract Details
- Contract: 3–6 months with the potential for extension.
- Fully remote, based in Eastern European or CIS locations.
- Flexible working hours except for pre-agreed meetings.
- Output-based KPIs depending on role complexity and volume.
- Software will be provided but you will need your own computer.
Hiring process:
- Application review
- Test Assignment (around 3 days given to complete)
- Interview with a Recruiter (90 minutes)
- Optional: final interview with TA Lead (60 minutes)
