Amelis, with 1800 home care assistants across 50 agencies in France, is experiencing strong operational growth. To support this, the Saint-Nazaire agency is seeking a Planning and Recruitment Officer. This role involves ensuring the availability of human resources, managing administrative tasks, optimizing planning, and conducting recruitment interviews, all while maintaining a constant link with beneficiaries and interveners.

  • Update and monitor administrative documents for interveners
  • Manage absences and track justifications
  • Manage medical visits

  • Anticipate and manage replacements in case of absence
  • Create schedules in compliance with labor and conventional law
  • Ensure constant communication with beneficiaries and interveners
  • Monitor hours worked and report anomalies
  • Conduct recruitment interviews under manager supervision
  • Manage the integration of new employees
  • Manage relationships with partner schools and training centers
  • Bac + 2 to Bac + 3 level training in HR or administrative management
  • Professional experience in recruitment and planning management
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Proficiency in IT tools
  • Rigor, organization, adaptability, responsiveness, and teamwork ability

The Planning Officer is responsible for the availability of the agency's human resources, in a defined geographical sector and with a pool of interveners.

Administrative Mission:

  • Ensure telephone and physical reception at the agency

  • Responsiveness and ability to manage several missions at once
  • Ability to work in a team

Remuneration between €1802 and €2002 gross per month
