Job Description

Homa is seeking two Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists to join its People team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, these roles are crucial for attracting top gaming and tech talent to support Homa's ambitious growth in the fast-paced mobile gaming industries. Specialists will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, drive inventive sourcing strategies, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment innovation projects, including AI implementation.

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process – from requisition to offer acceptance.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for current and future key roles.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Own innovation projects around recruitment processes, including AI implementation, structure design, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech or gaming, with demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions.
  • Experience in niche sourcing and high-talent searches, including using platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A sales-driven mindset, able to engage passive candidates and successfully attract top talent.
  • Very focused on candidate experience, delivering excellent “customer service” throughout the process.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: able to pivot quickly and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international context.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

Mission

We are currently searching for two talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our dynamic People team.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you’ll be instrumental in attracting, identifying, and engaging the top gaming and tech talent necessary for our ambitious growth in the fast-paced mobile gaming industries.

  • Role 1: Focused on Gaming (Product, Publishing, Growth, UA, Production, etc.)
  • Role 2: Focused on Tech (Software Development, Unity Game Development, Machine Learning, Data, etc.)

As a Senior TA, you’ll play a key role in building world-class teams that drive our next growth phase. You’ll work closely with C-levels (CEO, COO, CPO, etc.) and hiring managers to ensure we hire the best, while contributing to shaping how Homa grows from here. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the full-cycle recruitment process – from requisition to offer acceptance – ensuring a smooth and fast experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into engaging job postings that attract the right people.
  • Driving inventive sourcing strategies to identify and excite niche talent across gaming and tech.
  • Building and maintaining strong pipelines of candidates for current and future key roles.
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives to position Homa as an employer of choice within the gaming and tech ecosystems.

We are looking for someone with proven expertise in Talent Acquisition hiring for complex and niche sourcing roles - and the curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast. You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech or gaming, with demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions (gaming/product OR tech).
  • Experience in niche sourcing and high-talent searches, including using platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A sales-driven mindset, able to engage passive candidates and successfully attract top talent.
  • Very focused on candidate experience, delivering excellent “customer service” throughout the process.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders — assisting their needs, training them, and challenging when needed.
  • Adaptability: able to pivot quickly and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international context.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Gaming industry experience and knowledge of the gaming ecosystem is not mandatory but a big plus.
