- Knowledge and certifications in Basque
- Production passes (programs, web components, etc.), management of requests via ticketing tool and work queues.
- Process incident management and resolution if applicable.
- Monitoring of systems and processes with market tools and planning control.
- Execution of mass printing jobs.
- Host/Distributed Systems Administration Knowledge
- Knowledge of Host/Control-M Scheduler.
- Programming languages (JCL, SQL, Cobol,..)
- Knowledge of print queue management systems.
- Minimum previous experience in IT departments.

Job Description
From Inetum Norte's Systems line, we are looking for a professional with experience as a Systems Operator to join operation projects with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working on Saturdays.
The selected person will integrate into one of our teams located in Donosti, to participate in services for the Public Administration.
- Functions to be performed:
- Production passes (programs, web components, etc.), management of requests via ticketing tool and work queues.
- Incident management of processes and resolution if applicable.
- Monitoring of systems and processes with market tools and planning control.
- Execution of mass printing jobs.
Requirements

1. Host/Distributed Systems Administration Knowledge
2. Knowledge of Host/Control-M Scheduler.
3. Programming languages (JCL, SQL, Cobol,..)
4. Knowledge of print queue management systems.
5. Minimum previous experience in IT departments.
Additionally, knowledge and certifications in Basque will be positively valued.
