Job Description

Starting with sales consultations to support at the checkout, in the changing room and throughout the store, you contribute to improving the shopping experience. In addition, your area of responsibility includes processing deliveries, replenishing stock and presenting the current collection. Your role is crucial to creating welcoming experiences for our customers and presenting the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you accompany our customers on their journey and offer genuine support and proactive service to encourage and inspire them. Together with your team, you create moments that matter. Previous knowledge in customer service and product knowledge is desirable, but not mandatory.

Additional Information
