To support this growth, Amelis is looking for an Agency Manager on a permanent contract for the Saint-Nazaire agency.

Guarantor of the deployment of the company's strategy within the agency, the Agency Manager ensures the achievement of objectives by implementing three main missions:
Commercial Mission
- Develop the agency's notoriety through various commercial and communication actions
- Develop and animate a network of local prescribers
- Conduct visits to individuals and offer them adapted services
- Animate the team of sector managers around Amelis sales processes
- Monitor invoicing elements
- Manage disputes
Human Resources Mission
- Recruit and supervise management staff
- Ensure compliance with sourcing and recruitment processes
- Guarantee the quality of recruitment for intervening and management staff
- Ensure the proper application of HR policy and compliance with the legal and conventional framework
- Ensure the proper maintenance of operating software
Management Mission
- Manage all management teams
- Manage any conflicts among employees
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations
- Guarantee the implementation of the integration and retention policy
- Develop skills and maintain the motivation of intervening staff
Qualifications
- Initial or professional training at Bac +3 / Bac +5 level (Bachelor's, Master's…)
- Confirmed experience in commercial development in personal services
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge of financial aid for social action and its stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT tools
- Rigor, organization, and adaptability
- Autonomy and initiative

Compensation between €2600 and €3000 gross per month
