Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them in the store, and help them find what they need among the displayed products. Acting in line with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and the company's success. You will share fashion and product knowledge, actively promote the Hello Member loyalty program, ensure the sales area is tidy and well-stocked, support store operations, and positively represent the brand.
Good To Have:
  • Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or similar fields is preferred.
  • Passion for helping customers and an interest in fashion or retail.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, curiosity for retail technology.
