What you will do

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them in your store, and help them find what they need among our displayed products. Acting in line with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and the company's success.

What is expected from you:

• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty program (Hello Member), providing exceptional service by collaborating with your team at every step of the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales area and back office have correct stock levels, are tidy and inviting.
• Support the opening and closing of the store.
• Positively represent yourself and the brand in all customer interactions.

Together with your team, you will play an important role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles.
