JOB NATURE:
As a sales consultant, you will play a key role in creating an impeccable client experience. You will greet clients, help them navigate the store or find the necessary goods, while showcasing available products. Following our values, you will contribute to your and the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- You will share knowledge about fashion and products with clients to help them make a well-informed decision.
- You will collaborate with the team to provide the best customer service at every step of the client's journey.
- You will ensure sufficient stock levels, order, and a welcoming atmosphere in the sales floor and warehouse.
- You will assist with store opening and closing routines.
- You will represent yourself and the company when interacting with clients.
TEAM:
Our stores are the heart of the company, as this is where clients experience direct contact with our brand. As part of our dynamic team, every role, from sales consultant, department manager, store manager, visual merchandisers to cash specialist, contributes to creating an inspiring and cozy atmosphere. You will also collaborate with the larger Area team, cooperating with other stores by sharing insights and observations to continue developing the company's, stores', and your own success. Together with the team, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients feel confident and show their individuality by choosing products from the latest trends and durable styles. By creating meaningful relationships with clients in our stores, we ensure that fashion is accessible and sustainable for everyone.
