Job Description

Contract type: Full-time, 1 year (with extension depending on demand & performance)

Working mode: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

🎯 About the Program

We’re launching a 12-month development program for aspiring recruiters who want to grow in IT recruitment and gain exposure to AI-driven hiring processes. This program is fast-paced, hands-on and focused on real project delivery from the very first month.

You’ll begin by supporting screening and interview coordination, then progressively grow into sourcing and candidate engagement, while also testing and applying AI tools to optimize the recruitment cycle.

 Your Responsibilities

In your first weeks:

  • Join onboarding and understand our recruitment flow, systems, and culture
  • Screen candidates in the ATS (SmartRecruiters) based on role-specific requirements
  • Coordinate interviews (HR, technical, final) with candidates and hiring teams

Starting month 2:

  • Assist with candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards
  • Draft engaging job descriptions and outreach messages (with support from AI tools)
  • Pre-screen and shortlist candidates for IT roles (.NET, Java, Frontend, QA, DevOps)
  • Keep recruitment pipelines updated and contribute to reporting and tracking
  • Use and test AI-powered tools for CV parsing, shortlisting, and message optimization

🧠 AI Tools You’ll Learn to Use

  • ChatGPT / Gemini for outreach writing and JD editing
  • AI-based screening and scoring of CVs
  • SmartRecruiters + AI plugins for pipeline automation
  • LinkedIn Recruiter + AI suggestions
  • Automated interview scheduling and candidate feedback systems
