Spaulding Ridge is seeking an HR Intern for their Madrid office. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, collaborating with international teams. The intern will support recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, performance management, learning & development, diversity & inclusion projects, prepare HR reports, and drive employee engagement initiatives. Must Have:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR within consulting or professional services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to projects in performance management, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Help drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research on HR trends relevant to consulting and professional services.
