Spaulding Ridge is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Senior Analyst to establish a robust QA team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing test plans for Salesforce applications, conducting various types of testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT), identifying and tracking defects, and ensuring functionalities meet business requirements. The analyst will maintain test documentation, collaborate with development teams, and stay updated on Salesforce features. Mandatory requirements include Salesforce Administrator certification or 1+ year Salesforce project experience, and hands-on testing of Salesforce functionalities.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in CPQ, Advanced Approvals, RCA, Agent force, SPM, Certinia.
  • Experience in Data Migration Testing and Integration Testing for Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards; knowledge of Tableau CRM.
  • Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce.
Must Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles.
  • 1+ year experience working directly with Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge of QA methodologies and standards.
  • Well versed with DevOps process in Agile Methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
