Job Summary
Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead pre-sales, solution design, and project delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. This role involves engaging with clients to understand ERP, HCM, and SCM challenges, designing robust technical solutions, and managing project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will be an Oracle Fusion subject matter expert, bridging technical and business requirements to ensure optimal solution delivery.
Must Have
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, engaging with C-level executives and business stakeholders
- Lead discovery sessions to gather business requirements
- Develop and present compelling, tailored solution demos within Oracle Fusion environment
- Lead and facilitate design sessions with clients to define overall solution architecture
- Translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable technical design
- Provide expertise on leading practices in Oracle Fusion for optimal solution
- Oversee end-to-end architecture including data models, integrations, and reporting strategies
- Serve as lead architect throughout project lifecycle, from initial design to go-live and support
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team
- Collaborate with client teams to manage change, ensure adoption, and provide ongoing support
- Act as key liaison between client, internal delivery teams, and Oracle product support
- 7+ years of experience in technology and functional roles
- 4+ years as a Solution Architect on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM)
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules and integration capabilities
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle implementations and managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes including finance, procurement, HR, and supply chain
- Experience with data integration strategies and tools within Oracle ecosystem
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or related field

What You Will Do and Learn
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to join our team. This multi-faceted role is critical to our success, encompassing pre-sales activities, solution design leadership, and project delivery management specifically for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion and be able to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
Responsibilities
Sales and Pre-Sales Support:
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, engaging with C-level executives and business stakeholders to understand their ERP, HCM, and SCM challenges.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather business requirements and articulate how Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions can address their needs.
- Develop and present compelling, tailored solution demos within the Oracle Fusion environment, highlighting its value proposition.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities, contribute to RFPs/RFQs, and help define winning sales strategies.
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Lead and facilitate design sessions with clients to define the overall solution architecture for Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into a robust and scalable technical design, creating detailed design documents that serve as a blueprint for the delivery team.
- Provide expertise on leading practices in Oracle Fusion to ensure an optimal solution, including configuration of modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM), workflows, security, and reporting.
- Oversee the end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations with legacy systems or third-party applications, and reporting strategies using tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics.
Project Delivery and Management:
- Serve as the lead architect throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to go-live and support.
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring solutions are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the project team, including functional and technical consultants.
- Collaborate with client teams to manage change, ensure adoption, and provide ongoing support.
- Act as a key liaison between the client, internal delivery teams, and Oracle product support to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology and functional roles, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules and their integration capabilities.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle implementations and managing complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes including finance, procurement, HR, and supply chain.
- Experience with data integration strategies and tools within the Oracle ecosystem (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
