Job Summary

Neolytix is a multi-line Management Service Organization (MSO) providing support to smaller healthcare providers and practices. Together with Practice Tech Solutions, they offer end-to-end nonclinical services. This role involves leading a team of Customer Service Professionals, managing client queries and escalations, monitoring workflow, tracking metrics, and developing processes to improve productivity and quality. The Team Lead will also participate in new pilot projects and resolve personnel conflicts, while identifying trends to aid collections.

Must Have

  • Lead a team of Customer Service Professionals
  • Respond to clients on any process related queries and manage 1st level escalations
  • Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLA’s
  • Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes attendance, productivity, etc.
  • Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team
  • Participate in the new pilots projects & work towards proper transition of knowledge to team
  • Work with managers to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team
  • In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Team leader may be expected to perform follow-up work as well depending upon the requirement
  • Identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections and improve the productivity
  • 1 year of Team Lead experience
  • 1 year of Healthcare Account experience
  • Amenable to work at 8am-5pm US Central Time
  • Possess an i3 processor, 4gb ram computer (or higher) and at least 30mbps internet speed

Good to Have

  • EHR/EMR/portal knowledge
  • Experience with various insurances

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Customer Service Professionals.

  • Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes attendance, productivity, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
