- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume data environments
- Experience with data cataloging or governance tools
- Experience with Python and Slack
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Integrate new data sources and ensure clean, reliable data flow into our data warehouse
- Develop and improve KPIs such as LTV, churn, CAC, and campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
- Monitor pipeline performance, resolve issues proactively, and document workflows
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and usability
- Maintain and enhance data governance and quality processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong SQL skills, experience with cloud-based data warehouses
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong sense of curiosity, initiative, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Purpose:
We are looking for an BI Analyst to join our lean, fast-moving Business Intelligence team in the online gaming industry. You’ll work in a high-impact environment where data drives every decision. This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, self-directed, and thrives on solving complex problems without being spoon-fed answers.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
