SOFTSWISS is hiring a Business Analyst who is skilled in their craft and shares a passion for innovation and collaboration. This role is responsible for analysing incoming product requirements, decomposing tasks, and formalising documentation for the Backoffice and promotion tools. The goal is to ensure smooth communication across teams, manage Confluence space, and provide constructive criticism on designs. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Must Have:
- Writing and adjusting business requirements based on artefacts from PO.
- Decomposition of tasks with PM, TL & QA for separate product increment.
- Formalisation of requirements into different product teams.
- Managing the structure of the Confluence space with detailed requirements.
- Constructive criticism of incoming designs from PO, initiating changes and team requirements review processes.
- At least 4 years of experience as Business Analyst.

Purpose of the role:
This role is responsible for analysing incoming product requirements, decomposing tasks, and formalising documentation for the Backoffice and promotion tools to ensure smooth communication across teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Writing and adjusting business requirements based on artefacts that come from PO.
- Decomposition of tasks with PM, TL & QA so that each part would carry separate product increment.
- Formalisation of requirements into different product teams.
- Managing the structure of the Confluence space with detailed requirements.
- Constructive criticism of incoming designs from PO, initiation of changes in different artefacts. Initiation of team requirements review processes.
Required Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience as Business Analyst.
- Experience in iGaming domain will be an advantage.
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Self-organised, proactive, detail-oriented.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher Russian and English (B2+)
