Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring an Onboarding Experience Lead to join our People Experience & Culture team. We want onboarding to be more than just a checklist — it should be an inspiring, seamless, and fun journey. Your mission will be to build a modern onboarding process that helps new colleagues quickly connect with our culture, understand our products, and feel confident as part of the team.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll design a seamless onboarding journey where our mission and values are felt at every step — from the first email to the first wins on the job. We expect you to bring in modern formats: digital tools, gamification, buddy programs, challenges, and interactive rituals that make onboarding engaging and effective.
Key responsibilities:
- Redesign onboarding with a focus on the full employee journey: preboarding → welcome-day → first 90 days → integration
- Build flexible onboarding scenarios for different departments, teams, and countries
- Introduce interactive and digital formats
- Integrate learning about SOFTSWISS products and business areas into the onboarding flow.
- Launch a structured feedback loop: surveys and interviews at 1–30–60–90 days
- Track key metrics: onboarding completion rate, new hire satisfaction, time-to-productivity, early attrition.
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Development, and team leaders to ensure onboarding reflects the real employee experience.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, L&D, or related areas, with a focus on onboarding or integration.
- Proven record of designing and delivering end-to-end onboarding journeys (not just admin work).
- Strong knowledge of employee journey frameworks and best onboarding practices in IT.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools and gamification in HR processes. • Project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience in international or fast-scaling IT companies.
- Russian language.
- Real-life cases where you’ve boosted onboarding engagement or completion with creative formats.
Our Benefits:
- Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours
- Private insurance
- Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year
- Sports program compensation
- Comprehensive Mental Health Programme
- Free online English lessons with a native speaker
- Generous referral program
- Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.
