At SOFTSWISS, we seek an Employee Experience Specialist to transform the employee journey into a clear, measurable, and inspiring product. This role involves listening to the 'voice of the employee,' analyzing data from surveys and interviews, and using engagement and productivity metrics to identify friction points. The goal is to create a seamless employee experience from preboarding to farewell, enhancing productivity, engagement, and retention, thereby directly influencing key business results and culture.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in service design, CX/UX, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of HR-tech and engagement platforms.
  • Background in DEI, wellbeing, or recognition programs.
  • Russian language proficiency.
Must Have:
  • Run regular research: engagement surveys, pulse surveys, stay and etc.
  • Analyze engagement, retention, early attrition, time-to-productivity, and other EX metrics.
  • Map the employee journey (using service design and journey mapping methods) and identify friction points.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations (Google Sheets, BI tools, HR-tech platforms) and deliver insights to leaders.
  • Propose improvements and support implementation together with HRBP, Talent Development, and Internal Comms.
  • Ensure that initiatives are seamless and meaningful - no unnecessary HR “noise.”
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or engagement.
  • Solid background in research: survey design, interviews, data analysis.
  • Ability to turn insights into clear actions and practical solutions.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written).
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a service design mindset.
