UI/UX Designer - Senior

SOFTSWISS is expanding its Setup Team and is actively seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer. This role involves contributing to the design system, from concept to implementation, and designing complex user flows based on analytics and product requirements. The designer will create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI layouts, while also optimizing existing interfaces and participating in UX refactoring. The position requires working with conversion funnels and complex navigation logic, as well as mentoring other designers to elevate team quality. The ideal candidate will drive innovation within the Casino Platform.

Must Have

• Contribute to the development of the design system
• Design complex user flows based on analytics, user research, and product/business requirements
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, final UI layouts, and documentation
• Optimise existing interfaces and participate in UX refactoring
• Work with conversion funnels, user flows, and complex navigation logic
• Participate in design reviews, mentor other designers, and help elevate the overall quality of the team
• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
• Strong expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Systems thinking and the ability to create scalable UI solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including variables, tokens, and automation, understanding of the Figma Tokens → JSON → Dev workflow, component setup, documentation, and plugin usage
• Good written and spoken English
• Russian is the main working language within the team
