Job Description
Binance, a global blockchain company, is seeking a QA Tooling Developer for its Accelerator Program. This role focuses on improving engineering efficiency through internal system development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and testing environments. The program is designed for early-career talent to gain immersive experience in the Web3 space. Responsibilities include understanding tooling requirements, designing and developing internal systems, maintaining cloud infrastructure for high availability, and supporting engineers with configuration management and troubleshooting.
Must have:
- Connect with different parties to understand tooling requirements.
- Design and develop internal systems to improve efficiency.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure for high availability.
- Maintain internal testing environments for quality control.
- Support engineers in daily development work.
- Ability to develop software in Java/Golang or other languages.
- Familiarity with middlewares like MySQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fast learner with strong troubleshooting skills and work ethic.

ResponsIbilities
- Connect with different parties to understand requirements of tooling.
- Design and develop internal system to improve engineering work efficiency in the software development and release cycle.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure of tooling system to ensure high availability of service.
- Maintain internal testing environments to ensure quality control process.
- Support engineers in daily development work in configuration management and issue troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing.
- Ability to develop software in Java/Golang or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with popular middlewares like MySQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch, etc.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and modern CI/CD process.
- Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills and strong work ethic.
- Ability to start from Jul/Aug 2025 during 6 months.
