Job Description
This is a remote position for 3D animators and riggers proficient in Blender. The role requires strong drawing skills, an understanding of human anatomy, and patience for animation iterations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with animation principles and tools like Adobe Animate, After Effects, and Toon Boom is also needed. Requirements
- 3D animators and riggers must use Blender.
- Applicants must have strong drawing skills and a sense of human anatomy and timing to help bring characters to life.
- Iterating on animations is often required; this applies to both 2D and 3D work. In other words, you need tons of patience.
- A great sense of humor, dark or otherwise.
Requirements:
- 3D: Blender (yes, for animation also — not Maya, not 3DSMAX)
- 2D: Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom, and other similar tools.
- An understanding of animation principles. Familiarity with “The Illusion of Life: Disney Animation” is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English.
